Now wouldn’t that be cool if that was all the same card?

Alas it is three different cards.

Here’s the mini and the vintage. It’s Chipper from the 2009 Upper Deck set with the O-Pee-Chee Retro Mini insert. I think he struck out in this pic. It doesn’t look like the face of someone who just got a hit. This little insert is 50 cards and I have 5 so..

Now I know 10% doesn’t sound a lot, but I haven’t seen this pop up for trade too often so I’m really stoked when people on TCDB like Cailean in MD are willing to send them north.

He goes by the name Leithel34 if you feel like looking him up for a trade. But don’t look for this 1972 O-Pee-Chee #152 Gene Clines in his trade stack because it came north as well. I love the font on the front. This is the set that came out around the time I was born but I am miles away from completing it as it has not been a focus.

The last card from Cailean is one of the oldest O-Pee-Chee baseball cards I’ve traded for as its a 1969 Deckle Edge of Rod Carew!

I know there are a lot of Rod Carew fans and collectors, but this one is staying up here in my collection.

There is a tiny bit of damage on his nose and in the y of his name, but hey its 53 years old so I am NOT going to complain about that.
